The following forms are currently available to existing customers wishing to participate in a beta test or early
adoption program offered by Ingenious Group. If you wish to participate in one of these programs, click the
link to the corresponding agreement or form.
Please note, by submiting a participation form, you are not guaranteed a place in the program. Each request
to participate will be evaluated individually. Ingenious Group will have sole responsible for determining who
will participate in each program being offered.
